Overview
The Senior Operations Research Analyst leads advanced analytical efforts supporting Navy readiness, sustainment, and cost analysis initiatives. This role provides technical leadership in predictive modeling, optimization, and decision-support analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and application of predictive and prognostic models

  • Support flight readiness, sustainment, and cost analysis across aircraft, components, and weapons systems

  • Perform life-cycle cost, sustainment cost, and trade-off analyses

  • Develop readiness degraders, prioritization frameworks, and analytical roadmaps

  • Support Operations & Support (O&S) analysis, Business Case Analyses (BCAs), and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) efforts

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytic standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for Tier 3 investigation and access to CUI

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR

    • Associate’s degree plus four (4) additional years of experience

  • Eight (8) years of relevant operations research or analytics experience
