Security Program Manager III

Location: Navy Yard, D.C.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field. The Government will accept minimum 18 years of professional experience related to the labor category in lieu of degree.

Experience:

15 years professional experience in IT and security management
Experience in a security management role within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or a cleared contractor environment. Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Managing a comprehensive industrial security program, including hands-on use of DISS and NBIS for personnel clearances, acting as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in compliance with NISPOM requirements, authoring DD Form 254s, supporting Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) efforts, and successfully managing DCSA security reviews.
