Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field. The Government will accept minimum 18 years of professional experience related to the labor category in lieu of degree.

Preferred Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III Program Management

Experience:

15 years professional experience in business or program management
Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) in resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions. Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience:

Experience effectively supporting program office leadership team and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as well as the ability to manage Prime Contractor staff. Proven experience identifying support requirements and applying resources in a timely manner to meet preset program milestones. Prior NAVSOF military experience is highly desired. Experience supporting NSW specific undersea manned and unmanned programs.
