- Support M3 access management
- Verify security clearance access
- Support PKI trusted agent activities
- Validate need-to-know access
- Support intelligence dissemination processes
Senior Helpdesk / Access Manager
Everything from Mid plus:
Additional responsibilities:
- Conduct training for military users
- Draft briefing slides
- Support classification decisions
- Support organizational messaging
- Support complex access decisions
Key difference:
Senior adds training + complex access authority.
Approved IAT Level II Certifications (Commonly Accepted)
- CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) – Most widely required
- CompTIA CySA+
- CompTIA PenTest+
- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
- Cisco CCNA Security – Retired, but still honored if previously earned
- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
- (ISC)² Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) – Qualifies for both Level I and Level II
