Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and execution of the IT service delivery program. This key personnel role ensures all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and service-level agreements are met while overseeing staffing, performance reviews, and client engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITIL Certification
Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proficient in IT program oversight, performance management, and resource planning
  • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
  • Familiarity with IT systems lifecycle, enterprise IT infrastructure, and staff coordination
  • Strong communication, budgeting, and reporting skills
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project/program management
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams
  • Experience managing IT service delivery programs and overseeing staffing, reporting, and client relations
